Butterfly Cake Company was established by Clare Mackie in 2009. Growing up in Norfolk, Clare's love of cakes started as a young girl making the most beautifully sculpted butterfly cakes a 6 year old can conjure up! She soon moved on to making cakes for family events and by the age of 16 was making tiered wedding cakes for her brother's wedding and for numerous other family/special occasions.

And so Clare's love of all things sweet and beautiful began!

Butterfly Cake Company is renowned for creating superb bespoke wedding cakes to meet the exacting standards of all their clients. Furthermore, the cakes themselves are the talk of the town! From the supremely moist vanilla bean sponge or tangy luscious lemon cake, to the rich spicy (and somewhat alcoholic!) fruit cake or decadent chocolate truffle torte, you are guaranteed not to be disappointed by one of our cakes.

Butterfly Cake Company is based in West Sussex and creates its fabulous cakes for clients across the South of England. Whether you are looking for a unique party cake or an impressive cake for your wedding we provide a personal service from consultation to delivery.
